The Modern Danish Warehouse is a carefully edited selection of vintage Danish furniture pieces, on sale from 6-27 March 2010.
For three weeks, The Garage in North Terrace will house up to 120 vintage chairs, tables, sideboards and sofas will be on display and prices will be competitive, ranging from £100 to £1,500. All purchases can be taken home immediately.
To show the continuation of the tradition of cabinetmaking in the vintage pieces, young Danish cabinetmaker Anders Folke Andersen will bring over his workshop and make his newly designed tables. And, as a very special guest, Nina Tolstrup, the renowned designer for Studiomama, will also be showcasing The Pallet project and making furniture and animals from the pallets used to showcase the furniture.
